1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EjariOnline website (ejarionline.com) and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

EjariOnline provides online facilitation services for:

  • Ejari Registration: New tenancy contract registration with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) via the official RERA system.
  • Ejari Renewal: Renewal of existing Ejari contracts for continued validity.
  • Ejari Cancellation: Official cancellation of expired or terminated tenancy contracts.
  • Sharjah Tenancy Attestation: Tenancy contract attestation through the Sharjah Municipality.

We act as a licensed intermediary and do not replace the official government systems. All registrations are processed through official channels (DLD/RERA for Dubai, Sharjah Municipality for Sharjah).

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
  • Ensure all uploaded documents are valid, current, and legally obtained.
  • Respond promptly to any requests for additional information or document clarification.
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or to submit fraudulent documents.
  • Accept that processing timelines depend on the accuracy of submitted documents and government system availability.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Our service fee for Dubai Ejari registration is based on your specific requirements and property type, and you will be provided with a customized quote before we process your application.
  • Sharjah tenancy attestation fees depend on the package selected. You will be quoted the final price before proceeding.
  • All fees are payable in advance before processing begins.
  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the application process.

5. Processing and Delivery

  • We aim to process and deliver your official Ejari certificate on the same business day, provided all documents are complete and accurate.
  • Processing may be delayed if submitted documents are incomplete, incorrect, or if there are issues with the government system.
  • Certificates are delivered digitally via email in PDF format.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by government system outages, maintenance, or policy changes.

6. Document Accuracy

EjariOnline is not responsible for errors in the Ejari certificate resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. It is your sole responsibility to verify all details in documents before submission. If corrections are needed after issuance, additional fees and processing time may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and design elements — is the property of EjariOnline and is protected by UAE intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • EjariOnline provides facilitation services only. We are not a government entity and do not guarantee acceptance of any application by DLD, RERA, or Sharjah Municipality.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific transaction in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
